General Terms & Declaration of Authenticity

Worker Qualifications: Candidates must meet the age, physical, mental health, and competency standards in accordance with applicable maritime and labor regulations.
Document Authenticity: You legally declare and warrant that all data, information, and documents submitted are 100% original, legal, and valid. Any form of data falsification will result in unilateral cancellation by the company and potential legal prosecution.
Fee Policy: All administrative fees paid are final and non-refundable, unless there are specific provisions agreed upon in writing.

Power of Attorney & Compliance

Full Authorization: You hereby grant full power of attorney and absolute rights to PT Samuel Jaya Maritim to verify, manage, distribute, and process your profile data to our principals (clients) or relevant state authorities worldwide for job placement purposes.

Absolute Compliance: Candidates must submit, comply, and be cooperative with all selection procedures, the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and the applicable laws in both Indonesia and the destination country.
