Hook & Line Vessel
The crew placed on fishing vessels such as Tuna Longline and Squid Jigging (Squid Vessel) are required to have precision, hand speed, and a deep understanding of the fishing gear cycle.

Fish Processing Knowing the standards for slaughtering, cleaning, freezing, and storing fish to maintain export quality standards (Export Grade).

Hook Management Expertise in managing, organizing, and baiting thousands of hooks quickly without disrupting the operational rhythm (Setting & Hauling).

Splice Wire Technical ability to splice steel wire or fishing line securely and safely in case of damage at sea.
Net & Trap Vessel
Crew working on Trawler (Trawl Net), Purse Seine (Ring Net), and Crab Vessels are required to have extra physical strength and expertise in operating heavy deck equipment.

Net Mending Ability to inspect, repair, and sew torn fishing nets very quickly so that the fishing gear can be used again immediately.

Winch & Heavy Machinery Operation Expertise in operating large winches to haul nets while prioritizing high-level work safety procedures (K3).

Skiff Boat & Speed Boat Maneuver Especially on Purse Seine, crew are required to have the skill to drive small boats (Skiff Boat / Speed Boat) to encircle the fishing nets.

Splice Wire Expertise in maintaining and splicing steel wire (wire rope) that holds tons of net loads.
